We provide the highest quality health care with extraordinary cost savings outside of a traditional emergency department. We are a patient-advocate practice — we will never perform diagnostic testing for monetary gain.

Our only mission is to provide high-quality, affordable, and accessible health care. In keeping with our mission, a detailed price list of our services is provided below, along with examples and explanations that will allow every patient to fully understand their financial exposure when utilizing our centers.

With health care costs spiraling out of control, our mission is to ensure quality, efficiency, accessibility, and affordability for all patients.

Urgent Care - Base Visit Fee

As with all medical offices (Urgent Care, Primary Care, Emergency Department, and specialist), there is an initial fee for being seen by a medical provider. This fee includes registration, records update and management, triage, and assessment.

The fee is determined by the Level of Complaint and whether the patient has previously been seen.* A Level 3 Complaint represents a low-acuity concern (such as sore throat, ear pain). A Level 4 Complaint, represents a higher acuity (such as rib fracture, or wound care). A Level 5 Complaint represents the highest acuity complaint (such as a cardiac event, serious illness, or injury).

These codes are established by medical insurance guidelines and adhered to by all practices.

Not including any additional testing that may be needed, our fees are provided below:

For patients WITH Health Insurance:
Only the required deductible, copay, & coinsurance will be collected at the time of your visit.
 Non-covered services by your insurance company — if any — will then be billed to the patient.

For patients WITHOUT insurance:
ly the initial visit fee will be collected at the time of your visit.  Any additional fees will be billed to the patient AFTER services are rendered (due upon receipt).

Level 3 Visit Fee

Low-acuity complaints, such as:

  • Sore Throat
  • Ear Pain
  • Congestion
  • Eye Infection
  • Cough

$220 – Initial Visit
$75 – Follow-up Visit
$35 – Add’l In-house Test (One Included)

Level 4 Visit Fee

High-acuity complaints, such as:

  • Sprains & Strains
  • Rib Fracture
  • Abdominal Pain
  • Pre-Op Medical Clearance
  • Cellulitis / Wound Care

$250 – Initial Visit
$75 – Follow-up Visit
$35 – Per Injection (if needed)
$45 – EKG Testing

Level 5 Visit Fee

High-acuity complaints, such as:

  • Serious Illness or Injury
  • Chest Pain
  • Multiple Procedures
  • Second Opinion
  • Wound Closure

$285 – Initial Visit
$95 – Follow-up Visits
$35 – Per Injection (Lidocaine Included)
Additional Procedure Fees May Apply*

*Your base fee covers your initial evaluation & management – additional procedures will be added based on the treatment plan prescribed by our providers. These additional fees are based on national medical insurance guidelines. Please let a staff member know if you have concerns over payment options.


We currently are accepting patients who hold most Non-HMO Insurance Plans, Medicare, or Medicaid for COVID-19 testing rapid ANTIGEN. We have begun offering PCR tests with the option of a RAPID PCR test or standard 2-3 day turnaround – currently our insurance can only cover the standard PCR test. Our tests include the Urgent Care visit fee as well as the testing fee, this is to ensure patients who test positive can receive the care & prescriptions they need to help them recover.  Our ANTIGEN test results are completed in 15 minutes once you’ve been swabbed. All tests come with an official report that can be used for school, work, or travel.

As of 3/22/2022 – Unfortunately the government has ended the HRSA Uninsured COVID Testing program we participated in. As a result, free COVID testing can no longer be offered. 

URGENT CARE COPAY – Accepting Most National Carriers (non-HMO) – Anyone experiencing symptoms of COVID will be covered. Testing for work or travel is not covered by insurance.

FREE – Medicare patients do not have a copay/coinsurance for COVID testing. Please bring ALL insurance cards.

$125 RAPID ANTIGEN / $185 One-Hour PCR – Travel related COVID testing is not covered by insurance and must be a self-pay visit. We offer travel ready results in hand within an hour when you wait. You are welcome to leave and come back later for same-day results that you can trust to take you wherever you’re going.

IV Hydration & Vitamin Boosts

Our vitamin & IV hydration therapy sessions are led by board certified healthcare providers and include the necessary evaluation to ensure you receive the most effective solution for your body composition.

Our pricing is simple, each hydration bag starts with a base price that covers your exam/evaluation, equipment, fluids, and standard mix of vitamins.

Weight Management

Cost control and quality of treatment are the most important factors when deciding on a weight management program. Our team has ‘trimmed the fat’ off of our program by focusing on the most important and effective weight loss plans & medications to promote sustainable results. 

Our program begins with an initial consultation where our healthcare provider will perform a comprehensive physical exam, review your history of weight challenges, and prescribe a weight loss program tailored to you. 

$185 Startup Fee – Initial Consultation, Plan, Review of Lab Work & Prescription (Medical exam, Coaching, & initial B12 Shot.)
$100 Lab Work – For our patients without insurance, we offer inexpensive self pay lab work with a local partner lab.
$135/wk Maintenance – Covers the cost of medication, weekly consultation/tracking, and B12 shot.
$35 Vitamin/Amino Acid Boosts – We offer additional boosts of vitamins and amino acids to aid in the weight loss process.
