Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an appointment for drug screening?

No appointment is necessary. Walk-ins are welcome daily from 8am to 8pm at both locations. Bring your photo ID and any paperwork provided by your employer or probation officer.

Do you do DOT drug testing?

We are not a SAMHSA-certified lab, so we cannot perform DOT-mandated drug testing directly. However, we can coordinate DOT drug testing through our SAMHSA-certified partner labs if you need it alongside a DOT physical. For employment, probation, and workplace screening, we offer rapid on-site results with our comprehensive 14-panel testing.

How long does it take to get drug screening results?

Most non-DOT drug screens provide same-visit results. If confirmation testing is required for a non-negative result, that takes 24-72 hours through our partner laboratory.

What drugs are included in a standard drug screen?

We offer the most comprehensive point-of-care testing available: a 14-panel drug screen with adulterant testing for sample validity. This screens for marijuana (THC), cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, PCP, benzodiazepines, barbiturates, methadone, and more. ETG/alcohol testing available as an add-on. Custom panels available through our lab partners for specialized requirements.

What should I bring to my drug screening appointment?

Bring a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID). If testing is for employment, bring any paperwork or requisition forms provided by your employer. For probation testing, bring documentation from your probation officer. Avoid excessive fluid intake before testing, as diluted samples may require recollection. Do not bring personal belongings into the collection area.

Is my drug screening confidential?

Yes, drug screening is conducted in a private, professional environment. Results are released only to parties you authorize in writing, such as your employer, legal representative, or court. We maintain strict confidentiality and follow all HIPAA regulations. Chain of custody documentation ensures your sample is tracked securely throughout the testing process.

Can I dispute or appeal drug screening results?

Yes, if you receive a non-negative result, you can request confirmation testing of the original sample at a certified laboratory. Keep documentation of all prescriptions and over-the-counter medications you are taking, as some may cause false positives.

Do you offer observed drug screening collections?

Yes, we provide observed collections when required by court orders or employer policies. Observed collections are performed by same-gender staff to ensure sample integrity.

What types of drug tests do you offer?

We offer a comprehensive 14-panel urine drug screen with adulterant testing - the most thorough point-of-care testing available. ETG/alcohol testing is available as an add-on. Custom panels can be ordered through our lab partners for specific requirements. Discrete testing available.
